July 1, 2024 Rate Adjustment

CR&R Incorporated (“CR&R”) provides solid waste services within the City pursuant to an exclusive franchise agreement. In accordance with the franchise agreement, the rates for the solid waste service fees may be adjusted to recover increases or decreases in the costs of providing solid waste services.

A Proposition 218 Hearing will be held on April 2, 2024. A Proposition 218 Notice was mailed on February 16, 2024 to property owners and customers who receive solid waste services.

Trash

CR&R Incorporated provides trash collection services in Lake Forest using a fleet of natural gas vehicles which will lower emissions and be more environmentally friendly, as well as new lightweight commercial recycling trucks reducing wear and tear on City streets.
